Filters are an important part of your vehicle. At Jaguar Land Rover Richmond, we want to tell you a bit more about two of them. They are the engine air and cabin filters. Both impact the quality of your ride and need to be replaced at regular intervals.
First, there is the engine air filter. Its job is to protect the engine from the dust and dirt particles that try to get inside of it. Without the filter, clogs could occur and damage could easily happen to essential engine parts.
Second is the cabin filter. Rather than protecting the engine, this filter is designed to protect you as you drive around Midlothian. It is located inside the cabin of the vehicle, typically in the dashboard on the passenger's side of the vehicle. The filter helps to prevent exhaust fumes, mold spores, and other allergens from getting inside the cabin.
